The RTNworld Academy of Arts and Cultures is launching a COVID support package for cultural institutions. The services will be accessible for the general public, prioritizing members.
Our goal is to support the community in creating safe production environments, increasing confidence among creators as well as their audience, says Academy Director Sarah Courtier
We have received messages from members that have experienced significant difficulties getting access to rapid testing kits which are fundamental in increasing the safety on location. The RTNworld Academy Board has done an assessment of the situation and found significant differences in supplies in various countries. We have therefore decided to give our members access to rapid testing kits via our website.
In addition to rapid testing kits we have also decided to make location based crew check-in available for free to our members. This technology adds another layer of safety complying with existing regulations. We are also investigating if we can offer entire guest check-ins with vaccination certificates provided in advance. This would allow cultural institutions to completely focus on creating outstanding art instead of managing bureaucracy which can be really time consuming these days.
We are delighted to announce that Judi Mai has joined our efforts and will be at your service as a certified COVID compliance manager with experience in creating safe production environments in Los Angeles.
Rapid testing kits at the moment only will be available in Sweden, Denmark, Germany. We are looking to add more countries in the following weeks.
Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any more questions.
